• It is a responsibility of every employee to assist in the maintenance of security within the office
  • Other than HOD’s and top management, no employee can have personal visitors at office premises
  • All visitors must register with the receptionist, allow the parcels that they carry to be examined by the guard and only then precede the reception. The receptionist will inform the relevant department of their visitors* arrival. If visitors are to be met in workplace, they are escorted to the appropriate visitor’s/conference room by the security
  • Visitors are to be ordinarily met at the reception/visitor’s room
  • Security personnel can frisk all or any staff at any time for any reason, employees and their visitors are expected to cooperate with the security in such occasions
