Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete client journey from onboarding to follow-ups
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families
Manage calendars, appointments, travel coordination and session logistics
Maintain detailed client records, preferences and communication history
Build and maintain strong client relationships with discretion
Manage the sales funnel from enquiry to client onboarding
Conduct discovery meetings and consultations
Host in-house tours and ensure a premium client experience
Track sales pipeline and report progress
Use Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools to improve processes and client experience
Develop systems and workflows for a seamless experience
