Key Responsibilities
Supervise reception, registration, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow.
Handle patient enquiries, complaints, feedback, follow-ups, VIP requirements, and service coordination.
Allocate duties and shifts; monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, performance, and training needs.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, housekeeping, security, HR, and IT.
Support accurate billing, collections documentation, CRM/HIS updates, and appointment records.
Prepare reports on registrations, appointments, no-shows, footfall, collections, complaints, and performance.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, confidentiality requirements, patient-service standards, and clinic policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree; Healthcare/Hospital Administration qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare organization.
Front office team leadership, patient handling, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM/HIS, billing, and appointment systems.
English, Telugu, and Hindi proficiency preferred; professional, calm, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Key Performance Indicators
Patient satisfaction, reduced waiting time, registration and billing accuracy, team productivity, staff discipline, timely reporting, follow-up coordination, and achievement of service targets.
