Job Summary:
Looking for an HR professional to independently manage HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding/Offboarding, Attendance, HRMS, and Employee Engagement. Payroll management is not part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding, offboarding & employee documentation
Handle Keka HRMS and attendance tracking
Coordinate recruitment, interviews & consultancy partners
Prepare and issue offer letters
Coordinate ID cards & health insurance documentation
Maintain HR trackers and reports
Support employee engagement activities and events
