**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage Azure infrastructure, Windows Servers, and 100–250+ servers.
- Handle server patching, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Administer VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and enterprise storage.
- Execute cloud and on-premises migrations.
- Manage monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
**Required Skills:**
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS), Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- VMware/Hyper-V, backup, disaster recovery, and networking.
- PowerShell/Azure CLI scripting and automation.
- Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
