Experience: - 5+ years
Qualification: - B. Pharm or M. Pharm
Salary: - Hike on CTC
Location: - Gachibowli
Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
Verify prescriptions, dosage, medication, and patient requirements.
Maintain adequate stock of medicines and monitor expiry dates.
Manage pharmacy inventory, stock receipts, issues, and returns.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments regarding medication requirements.
Maintain proper records of medicines, invoices, and pharmacy transactions.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical medicines.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per applicable standards.
Coordinate with pharmacy vendors for procurement and stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and hospital regulations.
Provide appropriate information to patients regarding medicines and their usage.
Support management in maintaining efficient and cost-effective pharmacy operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital/clinical pharmacy.
Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
Good knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy procedures.
Strong inventory management and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy/software systems.
Ability to work responsibly in a patient-focused healthcare environment.
Preferred
Experience in a diabetes/endocrinology hospital or specialty clinic.
Knowledge of diabetic medications, insulin, and related supplies.
Experience in pharmacy billing, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
