Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, smart, and proactive Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior design and construction site activities and ensure work is completed smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily interior and construction work at project sites.
* Coordinate with workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
* Monitor work progress, quality, and timelines.
* Purchase and arrange materials as required for site work.
* Share regular site updates, photos, videos, and progress reports through WhatsApp or other company platforms.
* Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Maintain proper records of material purchases and site expenses.
Candidate Requirements
* Responsible, punctual, honest, and proactive.
* Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
* Good coordination skills and a practical, problem-solving attitude.
* Must have a smartphone to share site updates and reports.
* Must own a bike and a valid driving licence.
* Willing to travel to project sites and purchase materials when required. Travel will be limited and not extensive.
* Prior experience in interior or construction site supervision is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
