Job Title: Architect – Residential Design
Location: Madinaguda, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–6 years
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and execute high-qualityresidential projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, coordinating with interior teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery from concept tocompletion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Planning
Develop innovative architectural designs for residential projects (villas, apartments, renovations).
Prepare concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Integrate architectural and interior design concepts cohesively.
2. Client Interaction
Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
Present design concepts, 3D views, and material ideas.
Incorporate feedback into final designs.
3. Technical Drawings & Documentation
Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailing.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.).
4. Interior Coordination
Collaborate with the interior design team for space planning and aesthetics.
Assist in selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
5. Site Coordination
Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress.
Ensure execution aligns with design intent.
Resolve on-site design or technical issues.
6. Project Management
Manage time-lines and deliverers for multiple projects.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Strong design and visualization skills.
Proficiency in: o AutoCAD o SketchUp / Revit o V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape o Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
Good understanding of residential construction techniques.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.
Strong communication and client-handling skills. Preferred Skills
Experience in both architecture and interiors (residential focus).
Ability to create 3D renders and presentations.
Site execution experience.
