Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1+Year
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Location: Dilsukhnagar and NarayanaGuda
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Manage daily branch operations and handle customers professionally.
Explain gold buying, valuation, and settlement procedures to customers.
Coordinate gold purity testing and valuation using XRF technology.
Verify KYC documents, gold bills, pledge slips, and loan details, wherever applicable.
Prepare gold valuation estimates based on purity, weight, and current gold rates.
Maintain accurate transaction records and branch documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and cashless/online settlement guidelines.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections effectively.
Generate business through customer follow-ups, referrals, and local lead generation.
Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and transaction targets.
Coordinate with management for approvals and operational support.
Required Skills:-
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Good numerical, documentation, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work towards targets.
Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Any graduate can apply.
Experience in sales, banking, finance, jewellery, or gold-related businesses is an added advantage.
