We are hiring "Quantity Surveyor"
Qualification: BE / B.Tech
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: Up to 60K
Location: Gachibowli
Shifts: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
6 Days Working
Role Summary:
Responsible for BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, project costing, vendor procurement, material tracking, and project cost control. The role involves coordinating with Design, Project, Finance, and vendors to ensure projects stay within budget and payments are received on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, estimates, tenders & commercial proposals
Review CAD drawings and calculate quantities
Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate & prepare comparisons
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and track material delivery
Monitor material usage and project expenses
Track project budget vs. actual cost and identify deviations
Prepare cash flow and payment schedules
Follow up on client receivables and vendor payments
Analyze actual project cost vs. forecast after project completion
