Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and maintain the academy's social media platforms, primarily Instagram and YouTube.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content, including Instagram posts, Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and educational content.
Write creative captions, video scripts, hooks and strong calls-to-action (CTAs).
Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and brand awareness.
Manage YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and basic YouTube SEO.
Monitor Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite to track content performance.
Analyse views, watch time, audience retention, reach, impressions and engagement metrics.
Manage comments, direct messages, WhatsApp communities and audience interactions.
Identify potential student enquiries and coordinate with the admissions/sales team for lead follow-ups.
Research trending topics, competitor activities and relevant aviation industry content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
1-5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
Strong experience managing Instagram and YouTube accounts.
Good knowledge of Instagram algorithms, audience engagement and content growth strategies.
Experience in creating Reels, Shorts, promotional videos and social media creatives.
Excellent content writing, copywriting and video scripting skills.
Knowledge of YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights and Meta Business Suite.
Understanding of YouTube SEO, video titles, descriptions, thumbnails and audience retention.
Good communication skills with fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and improve social media engagement.
Creative thinking, planning and content execution skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the aviation, education, ed-tech, coaching or training industry.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other video editing tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid social media promotions.
Interest in aviation, pilot training and aviation career-related content.

Practical Assignment – Instagram Reel Script, YouTube Video Script and Content Strategy.
