Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 5+Years
Salary: Based on last CTC
Location: Gachibowli
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment & manpower planning for site and office roles
Handle bulk hiring for construction labor, supervisors, engineers
Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts)
Oversee payroll coordination & attendance systems
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs
Handle vendor coordination & contractor workforce management
Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years (Non-IT / Construction preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance
Experience in multi-location/site HR handling
Leadership & team management skills.
