Position: Pre-Order Executive
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Industry: Electrical
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift: Regular Day Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and understand their electrical product requirements.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and orders.
Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for product availability and pricing.
Process customer orders and ensure timely order execution.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and orders.
Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales, inside sales, order processing or sales coordination preferred.
Experience in the electrical industry will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical products is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills.
