Position: Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Install, commission and service equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues.
Identify faults and provide suitable technical solutions.
Conduct regular service visits to customer sites.
Handle customer complaints and provide technical support.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements.
Maintain service reports and records.
Coordinate for spare parts and replacement requirements.
Ensure timely completion of service calls.
Travel to different customer locations across Hyderabad.
Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics or related field preferred.
Experience as a Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with regular field work and customer visits.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Male candidates preferred.
