Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-ups.
Respond to queries and provide course and fee-related information.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Generate walk-ins and student references.
Achieve assigned targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Good telecalling, follow-up, and lead-handling skills.

Preferred: Candidates with Education Industry experience
